It handles one to six fence sections, four materials, walk and drive gates, slope and old fence removal. It draws a dimensioned plan of the fence and builds a three-page US Letter proposal. Prices are edited in a settings panel and saved in the browser.
Your rules, checked against your quotes
The tool is built on the way your company prices work: the sections of your estimate, your waste factors, labor rates, markups and minimums. I take them from two or three estimates you have already sent, and the first version is checked against those estimates: the tool must arrive at the same number as your estimator.
Prices for materials and labor are edited in a settings panel or loaded from a file. New quotes use the new prices; proposals already sent keep theirs.
How it is built
The tool runs in the browser, on an office computer, a tablet or a phone. The pricing is a separate, tested module, so a new price changes the numbers and nothing else: the layout and the PDF stay as they are.
